DKB WRLD operates an entertainment and merchandise brand inspired by Korean folklore, urban legends, spirits, original characters, webtoons, and games.

Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your location. Minors may use the store only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
Products
We try to display products, colours, measurements, materials, and artwork accurately. Screens, manufacturing batches, garment washing, and production methods may cause reasonable variation.
Most products are made to order. Products, colours, sizes, suppliers, and fulfilment locations may change or become unavailable.
Pricing, taxes, and import charges
Prices and currencies are shown on the website or at checkout. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges will be disclosed where the checkout system calculates them.
International customers may owe import duties, taxes, or carrier charges unless checkout states that they are prepaid.
We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before accepting an order. We will not charge a higher corrected price without the customer’s consent.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

Production and delivery
Production and delivery estimates appear in product descriptions or at checkout. They are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Different products may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.
Customers are responsible for checking the delivery address before ordering. Address changes may not be possible once production begins.
If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide delay, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.
Refunds and returns
The DKB WRLD Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms.
Please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery for a voluntary sizing return or, where possible, to report a defect or fulfilment error quickly. This request does not shorten longer statutory rights.
Website use
You must not:
Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
Interfere with website security, checkout, accounts, or other users.
Introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access.
Submit false payment, identity, review, or delivery information.
Copy or commercially exploit DKB WRLD content without permission.

Games and fictional content
DKB WRLD games, character files, threat classifications, glitches, supernatural warnings, and fictional archives are entertainment.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, game spirits, shards, items, rewards, scores, and saved progress have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Browser changes, cleared storage, device changes, or technical failures may erase locally stored progress.

DKB WRLD characters, names, logos, artwork, stories, webtoons, games, product designs, graphics, text, audio, animation, and code are owned by or licensed to DKB WRLD.
You receive a limited right to access the website for lawful personal use. Commercial reproduction, merchandise production, distribution, model training, minting, modification, or creation of derivative products requires written permission.
Reviews and submissions
By submitting a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing.
You grant DKB WRLD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display that content for operating and promoting DKB WRLD. You retain ownership of your content.
Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Relevant order information must be shared with payment, manufacturing, fulfilment, and delivery providers to complete a purchase.
Non-essential cookies are used only with consent where required.
